Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions — 4WDETAIL PTY LTD Stacer Boat Giveaway
PROMOTER
4WDETAIL PTY LTD (ABN 54 655 619 775) of 2/151 Granite Street, Geebung QLD 4034 ("Promoter").
1. PROMOTION DETAILS
1.1 The promotion is the 4WDETAIL Stacer Boat Giveaway ("Promotion").
1.2 The Promotion is open from 7:45pm AEST Sunday, 15 March 2026 to Friday, 11:59pm 22 May 2026 ("Promotional Period").
1.3 The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the Lotteries Act 1997 (Qld) and the Australian Consumer Law.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion:
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 4WDETAIL PTY LTD; and
Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of any business that directly competes with 4WDETAIL PTY LTD in the 4WD vehicle care, detailing products, or related industry ("Direct Competitor").
2.3 For the purposes of clause 2.2, "immediate family members" means spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling.
2.4 By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 To enter the Promotion, eligible participants must make a qualifying purchase at 4wdetail.com during the Promotional Period.
3.2 Entry allocation is as follows:
Every $50 spent (or part thereof rounded down to the nearest $50) equals one (1) entry.
For example: $50 spent = 1 entry; $99 spent = 1 entry; $100 spent = 2 entries.
3.3 Entries are automatically allocated based on the total value of each qualifying transaction (excluding shipping costs, taxes, and any discounts applied at checkout).
3.4 Multiple purchases during the Promotional Period accumulate entries. Each transaction is assessed individually.
3.5 Entries are non-transferable and have no cash value.
3.6 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
4. PRIZE
4.1 There is one (1) prize available, being:
2016 Stacer Side Console Boat and accessories ("Prize") Approximate Retail Value: $20,000
4.2 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
4.3 If the Prize (or any component of it) becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
4.4 The following prizes are excluded from this Promotion: tobacco products, firearms, weapons, ammunition, cosmetic surgery, and any goods that are illegal to sell in Queensland.
4.5 Ongoing costs — winner's responsibility: The Prize is provided as described in clause 4.1 only. All ongoing and associated costs relating to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner from the time of taking possession, including but not limited to:
Boat and trailer registration fees;
Compulsory third party (CTP) insurance;
Comprehensive insurance;
Mooring, storage, and maintenance costs;
Licensing or permit fees required to operate the vessel; and
Any other costs associated with the ownership, operation, or use of the Prize.
4.6 The Promoter makes no representation as to the registration status, roadworthiness, or seaworthiness of the Prize at the time of delivery. The winner accepts the Prize in its current condition ("as is") and is responsible for ensuring the vessel and trailer comply with all applicable Queensland and Commonwealth laws prior to use.
5. PRIZE DELIVERY
5.1 The Prize will be delivered free of charge to any address within 100 kilometres of Geebung QLD 4034 on the Australian mainland.
5.2 For winners located more than 100 kilometres from Geebung QLD 4034, or on an island accessible only by water or air, delivery will be made to the nearest accessible mainland point within 100 kilometres of Geebung QLD 4034. Any additional transport, freight, or logistics costs beyond that point are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5.3 The winner is responsible for arranging and funding any onward transport from the delivery point where clause 5.2 applies.
5.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Prize delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. DRAW
6.1 The draw will take place at 6:00 pm AEST on Friday, 29 May 2026 at the offices of 4WDETAIL PTY LTD, 2/151 Granite Street, Geebung QLD 4034, or such other location as notified by the Promoter.
6.2 The winner will be determined by a random computerised draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
6.3 The draw is open to independent verification upon request.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
7.1 The winner will be notified within 7 business days of the draw date using the contact details provided at the time of entry (email and/or phone).
7.2 It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date at the time of entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or notifications not delivered due to incorrect contact details.
7.3 If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the first notification attempt, or fails to claim the Prize within the timeframe specified in the notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the Prize to an alternative winner, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
7.4 The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. PUBLICATION OF WINNER
8.1 The winner's first name and state/territory of residence will be published on 4WDETAIL PTY LTD's website at 4wdetail.com and/or social media channels within 14 days of the draw date, unless the winner requests otherwise in writing prior to publication.
9. PRIVACY
9.1 By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the Promoter collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, including notifying and publishing the winner.
9.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at 4wdetail.com, and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
9.3 The Promoter will not disclose personal information to third parties except as required to conduct the Promotion or as required by law.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and winners. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in disqualification.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
10.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any person as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
10.4 Liability exclusion — use of Prize: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury, death, property damage, accident, loss, or any other claim arising from or in connection with the winner's (or any third party's) possession, use, operation, or storage of the Prize after it has been delivered to the winner. The winner assumes full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of the Prize from the time of taking possession.
10.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights the winner may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.
10.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
10.7 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which it is promoted.
10.8 By entering the Promotion, participants agree to release and indemnify the Promoter and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, costs, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
