Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES 

 
All orders are dispatched from either our Melbourne Warehouse or our Brisbane Warehouse using Australia Post. Depending on stock levels for each warehouse, if ordering 2 or more different products, they may arrive in seperate packages from either warehouse location. 

TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email & text message from 4WDetail to confirm that your order has been placed.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam mailbox. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us with your Order Number to check the status of your order.

Tracking should update within 1-2 business days.

CLICK & COLLECT

Order Collection Times:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am - 3pm
  • Saturday to Sunday: Collection unavailable
  • Public Holidays: Collection unavailable
  • Christmas Shutdown: 20th December 2024 - 6th January 2025 Collection unavailable

Order Processing Times:

  • Regular Orders: Typically ready for collection within 24 hours.
  • Preorders: Will not be ready for collection within 24 hours. The timeframe for preorder collection will be as per estimated dispatch date on product page. 

Collection Instructions:

  1. Notification: You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this notification before coming to 4WDetail HQ.
  2. Identification: When collecting your order, you must present:
    • Your order confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device)
    • A valid ID matching the name on the order

Important:

  • No Early Collections: If you arrive before receiving the email or SMS notification, you will be unable to collect your order and will need to return once you have been notified.
  • No Exceptions: Without the required order confirmation email and ID, your order will not be released.

DELIVERY

If you are not home to accept your 4WDetail package, Australia Post may leave a card in your letterbox detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office.

4WDetail is not responsible for packages that have a delayed delivery after lodgement with Australia Post has been made.
